We adhere strictly to the following Cancellation Policy: In order to maintain the quality of our services, and out of respect for our clients’ and stylists’ time, we require 24 hour advance notice to change or cancel an appointment. If this is not provided, or if you are a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of the booked service to your credit card on file.
Appointment confirmations and reminders are provided as a courtesy. Not receiving them or overlooking details of your appointment do not exempt a last minute cancellation or no-show.
Please arrive on time to your appointment. Late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will result in your appointment being cancelled and a no-show charge of the full cost of the booked service to your credit card on file.
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, but not for issues regarding work emergencies, childcare, traffic/transit, and out-of-town travel. Please understand that while some things may be out of your control, we are only responsible for your experience inside the salon.
Please call or email us to request to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Gratuity is left to your discretion, but we cannot add gratuity on a credit card. Our stylists accept cash (in pre-labelled envelopes provided at the front desk) and Venmo for tips. In NYC, it is customary to tip 20% of the service price to a salon professional. Tipping is encouraged after receiving a complimentary service such as a Bang Trim. Tipping the assistant of your stylist is also greatly appreciated.
