What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

In order to maintain the quality of our services, and out of respect for our clients’ and stylists’ time, we require 24 hour advance notice to change or cancel an appointment.

Please arrive on time to your appointment. Late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will be considered a no-show and your deposit will not be refunded.

Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, but not for issues regarding work emergencies, childcare, traffic/transit, and out-of-town travel.

You may reschedule or cancel appointments on Vagaro. Vagaro will automatically refund you for cancellations made outside of the 24 hours preceding your appointment. Adjustments may be made on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to correspond with the front desk, you can call us in the salon during business hours. The best form of communicating with us when not able to reach us by phone is via email.


What service do I book?



What is customary to tip in the salon?

Gratuity is left to your discretion, but we cannot add gratuity on a credit card. In NYC, it is customary to tip 20% of the service price to a salon professional. Tipping is greatly appreciated.
